Memory card not read

I have trouble whit the memory card,the phone don't recognize or blocked (Z1) what can I do?

Force restart the phone(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates) with the card inside.

Can you also please advise if you are using the card that came with the phone or another one and have you been able to either test the card in another device or test another card in the phone?
