problem in play ringtone - Z1

After update my Z1 to android 4.4.2, now the ringtone plays with a small pause that isn't nice.
I'm sure that this problem made by update to 4.4.2
Is there anyone who can help me to solve this problem?

I didn't install any Apps. maybe 1 or 2 standard Apps.

Do you think that I need to check Z1 in safe mode?

Also this check is: call to my phone in safe mode and check the ringtone? ok?

Yes,restart in safe mode and make a call to your phone.

The problem didn't solve in safe mode .

also when I change the rigntone volume or change to another, that pause (problem) appear.

1- Another update for my Z1

2- Restore to factory

It needs more than one or 2 hours time and I deside to do it today.
What's your mean? can you tell me about the .757? what is it?
I found 2 options. update and restore without number or version! (such as .757)

What firmware do you have now?The .681?You can update to .757,several issues have been fixed.

I'm on the latest version of software (757), and I have this same problem with ringtones. Not fixed with SUS or PC Companion.

I've never had this problem, arrived with Android 4.4.2 (681, 757)

I have researched and only the factory ring tones does not have this problem, all the others have.

The .757 didn't solve my problem. :((

I think that the factory ver. is the best and the update to 4.4.2 make many problem to customer.

I found a solution to solve this problme!

we can set a MP3 file for ring tone and aftre it this problem will solve!
