3rd time charging problem

hi. ive owned my V since July 2013. alread THREE Times went for service n repairs. THE problem is...At one point. .. The phone refuses to charge. The battery seems ok. .. Its just when I plug in the usb wall charger. .. it does not. charge I notice that this happens after I charge the phone in my car using a 3rd party car charger. tq
