Download using mobile data is not working

Dears,

I am facing a problem in downloading any game or application from Play Store using the mobile data while when i am using the WiFi it is working fine.

Note that : Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and Viber are working fine on mobile data. the problem is with the download only.

Please help

Do you have the right settings for Mobile data

Open settings then Xperia and select Internet settings then from the list choose the correct network - There maybe two to choose from for your network 1 wll be contract and the other PAYG - Make sure to select the right setting as this will impact on the ability to use mobile data

i did your steps and still the same issue
