so i cant connect my pc with my phone and transfer music, photos etc. i have used different usbs, closed my phone and then connected it again, changed my usb to msc but nothing changed. please help me

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you downloaded PC Companion? this will make sure you have the appropriate drivers to use the service correctly.

You may also need to check the device manager within the PC when the handset is connected; this may be a driver install issue.
