Hey Guys/Sony,

Please help to fix this problem on my phone. I can't open it operate, when I press the power button it keeps on restarting. It's just allow me on moving neon colors then it will stuck then restart again. Need help here

Download that app,install it on your pc and open it.Follow the steps provided to repair your software.

Yes,it should.Just make sure you have about 60-70% battery.
