Hi I have bought Sony Xperia Dual on 1 Feb 2014. The phone is no doubt good, but now i am facing certain issue with the phone.

1. The battery drains out very quicklky. Even though the phone has been 100 % charged in the morning by afternoon it drains down to 20 %. I am using single Sim, I have 3g connection activated on my sim which is active always for watsapp, browsing. I listen to music with earphones plugged in with full volume. apart from this I dont play any games and have decent calling also. I do have a 8 GB memory card.

2. The phone gets heated up very often. even if i am browsing, listning to music with no calling.

Is there anything wrong with my phone or I am not using it properly???

Please let me know a solution

Regards

Mukesh

Hi

Even I'm not sure about the reason for these issues.

I too had these in the old firmware with rooted phone.

But after updating the build no to 15.1.c.2.8 through PCC without ROOTING its fine and no issues after the update.
