Failed to open Camera

My Xperia M dual (C2004) often showing failed to open camera. Problem was very less, now comes very often after update to latest Build 15.2.A.2.5.
N.B. I am using default face unlock. So this problem makes irritated.
Only restart solves this problem(any shortcut for restart will b appreciated as there's no restart option in power menu)

I recommend that you first try your phone in safe mode to see if this might be caused by one of your apps. See this thread for information on safe mode: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008

If this also happens in safe mode i recommend that you make a repair of the phone software using a computer and Update Service.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
