Vibration Issue

hi,
My phone stopped vibrating and I don't know Wether it is a hardware or software problem. I went to the Diagnostics at the About Phone Menu and it failed the vibration test. Any suggestions before I try to recover the phone? (dont really want to lose everything I have in my internal memory..)

Unfortunately not, given what you have tested a software repair would be the first step.
