download problem with playstore.

whenever I want to download any app from playstore it takes too much time to start the download. I have cleared the data of playstore, but the problem remains same.plz tell me the solution.

Try

Clear cache and data for Google play..then force stop and reboot...also remove and add your Google account once again

You can also clear data for Google Play services under settings > apps > all. Restart your phone and try again.
