print screen losing after upgrade to 9.2.A.0.295

Problem after upgrade software 9.2.A.0.295. I lose some application after upgrade to the new software 9.2.A.0.295, I was upset with this especially I cannot do print screen anymore. I hope I can bring it back to old software. Anyone can help me out?

It should work,you need to press at the same time.If not working at all,download sony update service and repair:
