I have the same thing no ringtones or alarm, missed work! If I.try to go in volumes or ringtones it freezes and stops working. I tried safe mode and I was able to get in volumes and everything seemed to work. What do I do next? Also this update came on 18.3.c.0.37 and it also said update center stopped working.. Any ideas?
