POWER KEY PROBLEM

I purchased sony xperia m dual c2004 in last month. since 8th april'14 i am facing problem in power button. suddenly it stopped working. neither i am not able to shut down my mobile nor i am not able to unlock screen lock.

I updated my mobile.

I reset my mobile.

but problem not solved.

Try this combination: power button+vol up until the phone vibrates,it is called forced restart.

Sorry to hear about the issue you have. If the isntructions supplied by Alexdon do not help, I suggest a software repair. Please see the below instructions.

Make sure to backup the device first Backup & Restore

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps
