messaging popping up

Hi..I having this problem when i got a message from someone it pop up on my screen with the text and the only thing i can do is cancel and save the text..if i press somewhere or back the text will not be in the messaging app..this is the normal messaging app. i even try factory reset but this problem still occur. i want it to normaly appear in the notification, i dont know what app or setting causing this. please help

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I'm not sure but it looks like a push message. Go to Messaging -> [menu] -> Settings -> Push settings and disable it and see if you still get this message.

The push settings already disabled, I even done factory reset..the problem is still there.

I'm not sure, but there might be an app that you've installed that want to save a text message as a note/file or similar. Could you try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if the same thing occur:

I just try reboot and the problem is still there.. please help..

Did you try rebooting to safe mode?
To restart in safe mode, hold on/off and the tap and hold your finger on "Power off". The phone will now ask you if you want to restart in safe mode.

yes..i did try going into the safe mode and it still happen. have any idea whats happening? or maybe it happen from the sender?

Sorry..did not think about that because dont know where or what kind of thing causing this. this software repair are app or computer software?

Already done as you suggest..downloading 1gb data for the factory reset but the problem is still there. Seriously, im not playing or joking.

Have you tried your phone with another SIM-card to make sure it's not something being sent to your number?

Not sure if an NFC-device could give a message like that but if you have your phone in a cover where you also have cards (credit cards, buss cards and so on), disable NFC under Settings -> More.
