Kitkat problems? or hardware problems?

well, i have a 3 month xperia Z1,before i upgraded to Kitkat, i had no bad experiences using it, but since after i upgraded to kitkat, huge problems flooding to my phone.i'll mention some problems i've been experiencing:

1. whenever i type a message or something, sometimes the virtual keyboard just runs itself, i type "A" then it turned out tobe "A-S-A-P" for instance;

2. i had issue recently on my camera lens, it apeears a dew, when i'm 100% all covers have been closed perfectly

3. the camera button, whenever i push it, it goes to camera app, but i cant capture any images using this camera button

4. yesterday i had issue with the power button, first it did not work at all, then it continued when i pushed it, it went to three times vibrating, just like when you push power button and the up volume button at the same time, but after i ignored it for few minutes, it went normal,,

5. last night, the camera app just open continuously, until now,

i went to my local sony care center, they said that they would check it again for about 1 - 4 months!!!!! imagine!!!! and btw i'm in Indonesia,,

i was desperate, so i just went to my friend to downgrade my kitkat, hopefully, all of those problems will be fixed,,

i love sony, but with this experience,, my previous iPhone 4 was the best phone ever, works well for about 2.5 years,, also my old Nokia...

I think you made the right choice to hand the phone to a service center. To me it sounds more related to a hardware issue than a software issue.

I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to check status and how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
