problem with pc compamion

I have Xperia T. I'm trying from yesterday to download new android version but i can't. I checked my internet connection and it's ok. I uninstall pc companion and re-install it,but the problem still exist. Any suggestion?

Use sony update service.

If you are unable to update the phone via Update Service it would be nice to know if you receive any error message or similar?

Also make sure that you do not have any type of antivirus and/or firewall that is blocking the program(s).

sony pc companion 2.10.188 build 33

has problem with windows 8.1 Enterprise X64

i can not update my xperia sp ..

please chek pc companion 2.10.188 build 33 in windows 8.1 Enterprise X64.!!!

too update service has problem!!!
