Xperia SP needs real bug fixing update, again!!

I bought xperia SP in february this year, and all I got are problems. At first on 4.1 JB it was fast and quick responding at every single action, and I was so satisfied. And then came terrible 4.3 JB and messed up everything. Terrible slow responding, and crashes all the time. And then came bug fixing update. It fixed just small problems but not big problems like bugging, lagging, crashing. I also noticed that it crashes every time I clear cashe memory, just freezing and restarting after 5min which is really annoying and also makes me feel sorry for buying this phone because I heared that there will be no Kit Kat update or any bug fixing update.

I am sure that I am not the only one having this issue so SONY if you respect your customers, give us real fixing update, or KitKat... Just do something.. I bought this phone because of great specifications, and I coudn't even imagin that it will be so bad and slow..

SO DO SOMETHING, MAKE XPERIA SP OWNERS FEEL HAPPY AGAIN!!!

We need any action. I read all of comments on this forum, and I saw that everyone have issues. This is sonymobile's forum and everything we got is ignoring. They need to give us official statment, support, and hope that everything will be fixed soon, so I don't smash this phone on wall or go outside my house and start diging ground with it, because i'm pissed of..

And once again, I'm sure that I'm not the only one getting mad because of this

It seems the best thing for you to do would be to downgrade back to 4.1.2. It's easy. So here it is, yet again:

This may be "easy" for some, but for anyone who bought their phone to use rather than waste their time over it is really no solution. There is also the question of warranty - mine is three months old.

well according to my local Tmobile shop they are working on an update specifically for the sp round the clock. but I guess we will wait and see. on the plus side after 3 attempts due to crashing whilst trying to uninstall chrome, it finally did it and touch wood, it does seem less temperamental although it's still far from good

Take it back then. Or sell it and get something else.

Or spend an hour downgrading it. Up to you.

I'm using my SP since 6 Month. Everything was OK. But after the Firmware/JB Update I have the idem problems. We need immediatley a bugfix!!!!!

I was also frustrated with 4.3. I used it for one month until I was fed up with it. Least I could do was to spend half a day learning to safely downgrade to 4.1.2 without loosing warranty, reinstalling all the apps, bringing back my contacts and text messages. With 4.1.2. SP is again vivid (fast would be saying too much, but for sure much much faster and way more responsive) . However, I'm very dissapointed with Sony for not providing way to downgrade with the official tools.

Maybe SONY really listen their customers and I guess we should wait about 1 month and see what is going to happen

Because 02 or Sony sent us this update to our xsp which has made the phone no longer fit for purpose, Then surely either Sony or 02 owe us a new phone as we HAD NO choice but to install this update, I did NOT buy the phone just to make phone calls.

I will give them both two week's to give me a answer, then I WILL Peruse them for a repair replacement or a termination of my contract as my phone is no longer fit for purpose etc. Robert.

have the same problem with my xperia phoned sony today sent instructions to me find it a bit confusing will have to get some help crap phone fed up with it crashing and switching off
