How to create additional Profiles. The requirement (Like in Nokia I have), want to create separate profile when I am in Office. With touch of button/tap, the setting comes to Low volume, Wi-Fi ON, etc. Similarly for Outdoor/Market, with this it enables High Volume, Vibration, Wi-Fi OFF.....

You can use the preinstalled app called Smart Connect for this. Open Smart Connect and tap Events. Here you can edit the existing events and create new ones where you define what settings you want. You can also set conditions in the even so that it's enabled automatically at certain times and/or when an accessory is connected.

the mentioned method/process is doable

But it will be really good if the same is achieved by the Power Button,

Like we have Airplane mode, Silent mode, Vibration mode using Power Button. Can I add say Low Volume Mode there & select manually as & when i am in offiice ?

I don't know of any way to add options to the power menu i'm afraid.
I think the 3:rd party app Tasker has a widget you can use though and this app can also be used to create profiles: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.dinglisch.android.taskerm
