Good day!

I have a new problem with my phone.

I dont't know what to do since the phrase " Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" is appearing on my screen.

What should I do with it wherein I don't even access my google chrome. Whenever I want to browse on my net using google chrome the only word/sentence appearing in my notification at the upper side of my phone it says that Chrome to Mobile: Acquiring auth token.

need for your help.

Sorry to hear about the issue you have, can you please advise at what stage this error appears? Does it happen only when accessing a specific application or is it a specific set of applications?

well, about my query , it is not occur in a specific application . . but whenever i want to browse or facebook it appears in the screen even when I am playing a game which really I can't determine whether it is an error for a specific application or a set of application.

Before I can do browsng, facebook and youtube etc however last month (March) my problem starts .I can't even received a notifications for the updates of my applications installed in my cp even the status and news feed in my facebook is not updating.

Wish you can tell me the solution for this because I want to fix my phone.

I notice that the phrase "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." is appearing in my screen whenever I am using my mobile network or connecting to wi-fi. which I can't access any applications when i want to browse. However, if I am connected to wifi I can access my Facebook but using browsing to chrome and youtube it is not working it always in blank page, just loading.

Please help me with this matter.
