Back cover squeaking

HI, I've got mine z1 compact since February and just noticed something really bad. When I press with two fingers both front and rear screens anywhere along the alu frame especially along the flap side, the back cover/screen deflects under poressure making noise.
You can actually see the back moving. I wonder if my phone is water proof now. Please check your phones and let me know if this issue is repeatable. I'm not sure whether I should contact sony service.
