      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you get sound when the headphones are plugged in? If so the speaker may be bust and you'll need a service centre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, yeah - try a repair install with PCC first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try go to setting&amp;gt;apps&amp;gt;all&amp;gt;smart connect clear cache and data then force stop and reboot your phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
