ı try factory reset,its not working then keep on restarti is it hard reset?

It might be a hardware issue, remove both the SD and SIM cards > restart your phone (press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds)

use your phone w/o the cards, if the phone keeps on restarting you have to stop by a Sony repair center

ı removed 2 card then ı started mobil as you said. ı m using now without card now hope it will be well thank you

it is same ı think will break it then buy galaxy ı see many problem about xparia but sony is doing anything

ı tried everything then noticed while its charging not restarting maybe xperia v has problem of battery. But when take out charcing then keep on restart and sometimes on sometimes not on

hi again ı m reading all forum for this problem and just readed that from turkey,some program is working in xperia so battery life is short and restart allways.they have solved this problem but ı cant understand, hope you can search that. thanks

There is no app which will help you more than a software reinstall via sony update service.Could you please tell more about what you need?

Firstly thank you you allways try help me.ı have repaired a few times and uploted my mobil but its keeping on restart.ım from turkey,readed something about xparia last night. he said that some program is working on mobil.So then battery life is short.Battery of my mobil is very week sometimes 10 hours.Last week my mobil was normal almost 4 hours never restart and just speniding percent 5 battery.they said this problem is about program not technical.ı think sony should do something. My english is very poor sory for that.

hi they said that this problem about rom.some problem are working and effecting eachothers.we should get orginal fw then upload that by flash tool.Then again we should do root and recorvery by flash tool. So how we can do that ,thanks
