Touchscreen/display problem while on call

I'm having a problem with the touchscreen/display of my phone while on call. I noticed the problem while making a call to my network's customer service hotline, where I have to press digits to redirect me to a specific CS representative. The touchscreen works for the first few presses, then the display hangs but it still registers my presses.

What happened was I used the ear speaker, so I had to put it on my ear then away to press the digits. After two times doing this, the display would hang but it still registers my presses. The on-screen buttons, however, responds with the display. I pressed the home button and it brought me back to my home screen, but again the display just hangs. What I did as a workaround is to use the loudspeaker, now the display did not hang.

I am on latest .14 firmware.

Me too having the same problem....it cannot be rectified... it is a bug in new firmware .14.... so we want to wait for another bugless update....

Temporary Remedy will be ..

Just Lock and Unlock back your screen...

But you have to do it everytime, when screen freezes..:smileyhappy:
