SMS not working

Helo guys!

i can not receive sms or even just opening the SMS icon in my phone. this problem just started when i upgraded my phone. C an any one help me how to resolve this problem?

goto setting>apps>all>messeging>clear cache and data...force stop and reboot your phone

(all of your smses will delete)

Did you get any error message or does nothing happen when you try to open messaging?
