So my phone froze/crashed. Couldnt reset it using the off button on back or any of the power/volume combinations, My computer sees the phone but never finishes installing whatever drivers there are says the phone was unplugged while installing it but i didnt even touch it or the cord.. Ive tried both the pc companion and update service programs and they cant recognise the phone. When i charge the phone The light bar stays red, when i press the power button the red light flashes twice and does nothing.

I cant seem to find any manual driver install files out there.

Try this:charge the phone for 1 hour, force turn it off using the button on the back,do not turn it on after.Use SUS to repair.

Never has a chance to install the drivers, Computer makes the unplugged device sound before it finishes the Installing... phase. Didnt touch the phone or cord. I need some kind of manual exe driver Solution so the computer recognises it so that SUS or pc companion can work.

Dont have another cable, This one seems to work fine, when plugged into wall or computer the light bar is a constant red which is not normal, SUS doesnt detect the phone or whatever button combination it asked me to press while plugging it in.

i Have no idea if the phone is even on or off.
