can't update.

I go to update and it downloads then says can't download.

Could you please elaborate a bit?

Are you trying to update directly in the phone via Update Center app or are you using a computer?

Yes I am using the mobile device to update. It fully downloads. But after its finished just before it should install it says "could not download“

I recommend that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network when you do this update. If you already are, I suggest that you try on another network.

You can also use a computer to update the phone:

So your bootloader is unlocked?Then it will notify you about not original software.

You cannot install official updates if the bootloader is unlocked.

If you cannot relock, then use EMMA which is a tool for unlocked bootloaders devices. This is use mostly by developers
