I need help whit my Z1 Compact, i´m locked out!

I have a pattern lock before i can get in to my phone. But something has gone wrong, and i can´t get in because it says i have done the wrong patern. I know i haven¨t done it wrong and i have tried over 100 times diferent paterns as well, and it wont work. I´m locked out from my phone! Plz someone help me, is there a hard reset or something i can do? Nothing works that i have found on the net.... // Cicci

Use PC Companion

Make sure your phone is unplugged from your Pc and fully switched off

So run PCC Select Support zone then Select Update my phone/tablet then select in Blue repair my phone/tablet - select your phone and follow the instructions - When prompted hold back or volume down depending on phone and connect your USB cable remember phone must be switched off - This should start the repair process and get your phone working again

Thnx, i´ve tried and it doesn´t work =( Nothing hapends, i´ve tried it in holding in this, and holding in that, it´s only when i push down the pover button and the volume up it vibrates but nothing els.....**bleep**t! It just remains shut down.. Gaahh this is making me crazy! I can¨t open my messeges or anything. For shure i´m never using a patern lock again..

I explained clearly how to run a repair but if you think nothing is happening because it's not switching on when holding volume down and connecting the USB cable then that's good as that's supposed to happen - what should be happening is PCC is re-installing the firmware

I think PCC needs the phone unlocked first.But good question,Bernd.

Yeah it´s mine!!! And i got help from my sony support in Sweden and the problem is fixed now Yeay!
