During an incoming call the screen goes blank and I can not reset the display by clicking on shut down, so it is impossible to end the call, I have to wait for the other person to end it. Thnks

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It sounds like something is covering the phones proximity sensor. It's located to the left of the front speaker above "SONY".
Do you have any cover or similar covering that part of the phone?

No, no, there are covers that cover the sensor, I have a hard cover only the retro smartphone.

Yesterday I'll find a telephone was turned off and on by itself for no reason and it is already the second time this has happened ... I honestly do not know, maybe it is defective.

Does the sensor work if you try it under Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics? If you don't have this menu, download https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonymobile.androidapp.functiontester instead.
