website loop error

Hi, I try to access the website: https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/

and i get:

SO basically im stuck in a loop there. I've tried checking settings and access on the phone all seems fine.

Can anyone help me please?

thanks. also adding to the info: It's the same result when trying to access this website from both firefox on my pc and chrome on my mobile.
