topic crash files in XPERIA archive

my phone keeps giving me a message that I have crash files that need to be updated ,I hit ok and it goes away it doesn't tell me how or where to do the updates, it started out as 4 and is now up to 11. I tried to update through the computer but it said I had no updates.

if it is a free apps, then try removing it and reinstall that, after removing all apps restart the phone then install the apps

>restore the phone to factory settings (you will be losing data on phone so better to keep back up)

Do you get a notification in the notification bar when this happens? If so, slide down the notification bar, tap and hold the notification and select app info to see which app it is.
