Mobile Data Connection not working anymore

I updated my Z1 C to KITKAT last week and everything was fine until yesterday. Mobile data connection suddenly disapeared and I had to reset the phone inorder to birng it back. this happened agian and again in 24 hrs and got worse (now even resets can not bring it back). As Im not new to Xperia family (Vivaz,arz,ZL and now Z1 C) I did the following to track the problem:

factory reset -> data was on for 10-15 mins then gone
repaired via PCC -> same as factory reset
replaced my SIM with a new one ( O2 germany) -> data was on for 70-80 mins then gone and same story
check my SIM with another handset -> working fine

any Idea? I'm really getting mad of this. since I just cant mangae my daily life without mobile data. plz help me

Do you have a taskiller or antivirus?

do you have the correct APN settings?

I did a factory reset and erased all data. I used to have "clean master" but now there is no 3rd party app installed after I repaired/reset . and yes ,I set APN settings correctly. actually it happened suddenly yesterday. i didnt do anything special with my phone

repair the phone once more and try again

If that doesn't work you will have to stop by a Sony repair center
