Xperia sp 4.3 bugs experience

It was terrible after updating with the pc companion. Phone was laggy and slow as christmass.

After using the Sony update service a lot of bugs have gone and the phone is almost as quick as the 4.1

But there is still many of them left. Dimming the screen is not smooth etc.

The worst one - graphics. Every second the screen freezes for a little while, it happens in every game. That drives me mad.

Sony, do something. Please.

For all of you, backup ddata and use SUS, taht is the best at the moment

@eyad32 are you using windows 8??? If yes try Run it under compatible mode with windows 7 or try to connect via usb2.0 ports

Strange, when the list appears, there are tabs above. Click on touchscreen phones or choose the first one on the left, wich says all products... It has to be there

I have faced these problems even after multiple flashing of official 4.3 rom which i decrypted from SUS...

1. Heavy ram usage sometimes and multitasking becomes difficult. I usually have around 200+ ram available but sometimes i see only 100 or less ram free. As a result, multitasking becomes difficult,
2. Uninstallation progress bar graphics bug,
3. Volume slider graphics bug when using themes except the default themes which comes pre-installed,
4. Sometimes in a game the volume button doesn't work and no volume slider is shown but when i minimize the game it works again,
5. No im picture is shown of myself in messaging,
6. White balance setting resets automatically if i shut down the phone and then switch on again,
7. No Bravia Engine in album,
8. Rhythmic LED light bug in walkman when song is played at full volume,
9. The LED light always ON when in call,
10. In the phone settings some windows scrolling animation are not as smooth as other windows. Example : Settings -> Xperia,
11. 3 transparent navigation buttons at the bottom of the display becomes non transparent in a special window in settings. Settings -> Xperia.

Please check and see if everyone here is facing the same problem or is it just me ??? :crying:

@looser99 you are not alone. RAM management is the same for me - usually around 200. I'm not a gamer, so not a big deal for me - I can now use Chrome and listen to music at the same time, which I couldn't do before, so it's an improvement.

There is a new Walkman update available, I think that sorts the led issue. I use Poweramp myself - the ui is not as nice as walkman, but it sure works better and can play more formats.

Maybe not use a theme, at least until 192 shows up.

@looser99 just to add - scrolling on "Settings" was #very# jerky right after upgrading. It went away after I restored my personal data and apps using adb. Settings uses a lot of RAM, that might be something to do with it.

"The worst one" you mentioned is what makes me mad... and there is no fix for this.. i have tried everything!! lets hope they will fix it with next update... till then 4.1.2 is perfect for my needs but i need 4.3 for better bench scores (better drivers in 4.3)

Well, Antutu shows 23500 on 4.3, but gaming experience is a lot worse I am not a big gamer, but it happens even when you are scrolling etc. that pulse is constantly present.

wwhat is wrong with this package installer ..why it is hugging that installation line process? is it freamework glitch/ it's present since 4.1 update & still not fixed ..the more i explorer my SP ....more i found problems. fix it guys & don't give another bug via fixing that.
