howling noice when ringing

i am facing a problem that a howling noice comes when mobile rings for calls...please help

Is it that you have a strange ringtone?Because I cannot imagine why it would howl.

This does sound very strange, is this only related to the Ringtone or is it occurring during music playback and message tones?

Does it also only happen with a specific ringtone or all ringtones?
