I have updated my phone this morning and am facing volume issues with head phone. When I connect headphone the phone volume reduces to half and I couldnot increase it by any means. Without headphone the sound can be increased to full.

Settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data and force stop. Restart your phone.

Try calling someone with your headphones connected and remove them during the call.

I live in Bangladesh. And my phone is without any warranty. How should I contact them. Its certainly not a hardware problem. It was running okay in 4.1.2. Really frustrating. Cant listen to music.

You can downgrade back to 4.1.2.
