Hello I was recently given a second hand neo V device. When i try to insert my micro SD 2gb card it says 'Blank SD card:SD card black or has unsupported file system'.It gives me the option to format it,but it doesnt do it and again shows the blank sd message.I tried to insert another one, micro SD 2gb again, and it wouldnt recognize it at all, like it wasnt even there.I tried once again with a micro SD 16gb this time and again, not recognized, not existing.I updated the software and reseted the phone completely but the problem was stil there.I changed from MTP to MSC and back again, still nothing.PC companion doesnt recognize the device either, only when its closed, but even then the card is not recognized.I know that the person before had the same problem but didnt do anything about it and the one before her, that had bought it,never had that problem.phone was working fine, though she wasnt updating the software, making the phone slow, but no effects on the sd card. When she gave her phone to her friend, the phone suddently wouldnt recognize the new sd.Any ideas?Oh I also formated the SDs on a another device, but that didnt work either.

Try to repair your device using sony update service:

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

If not working,I will start thinking it may be faulty.

Did you format the other cards to FAT32?I do not know,it might be some compatibility issue here.

You could search around,in this section I do not think there are.I would suggest one last thing,a low level format using a low level format tool.
