Sir, Im using Xperia J about 1 year. Now there is a problem with my phone. Phone is going switch offf mode while calling. What is the solution for this?

Can you please advise what you mean by Switch off Mode, do you mean the screen turns off and the call continues or do you mean the handset completely shuts down and the call is terminated?

I've downloaded that software but Xperia J is not showing in the devices

Run SUS in compatibility mode with windows 7.
