Camera flashlight is being weird, flickers

So I was going to take some pictures of things to sell and it's a little darker in the corner where I put them all. I switched on the flashlight in the camera and aims it at the dark area...and it starts tp flicker, weirdly. I recorded a bit with the weird flickering so you can see how it is. It worked two weeks ago, now this happens. I tried restarting the phone as I thought it was anything like that, didn't help.

This is pretty annoying, even the flash when taking pictures is flickering like in the video. What should I do? Backup and then reset the phone and see if anything is fixed?
