speakerphone issues

In the last few days everytime I make/receive a call the speakerphone is automatically on, have tried everything I can think of to turn it off, but nothing seems to work! Any ideas anyone?

goto setting>apps>chrome unistall update then reboot your phone

I'm too facing the same problem and did reset the chrome even disabled it but it seems to br a temporary solution because after some time say after receiving 2-3 calls they again start routed to speaker phone

I've found on our polish Xperia forum similiar problem - someone said that in his case, after receiving a call (and stating that the speaker is on) disabling-enabling the speaker 2-3 times has helped him. Receiving next calls was then OK.

Goto setting>apps>all find smart connect..clear date and Cache.force stop.then reboot phone

Hello, I am Facing Same problem. Loudspeker is automatically on. When I off it. it will be activate afte 3 calls again.
I think this issue come with Android 4.3

did you disabled your chrome?
