&lt;P&gt;I am really sorry to hear about this, you will be required to perform a software repair on the device to fix this issue. Please perform the below instructions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To repair the phone software&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Under Phone Software Update, click Start.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Click repair phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Follow the on-screen instructions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i was updating my Xperia&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Z1 and in the progres my lap top restarted in update progres&lt;BR /&gt;and now when i open my phone it show to me that my software update is not complete&lt;BR /&gt;i connected it again in the laptop to try again pc companion can't reupdate it&lt;BR /&gt;and my phone won't turn on again&lt;BR /&gt;so please give a soloution to my proplem so i can fix it please&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
