      <description>&lt;P&gt;hiii....evrytime i download application for my handphone, it cannot be opened...it will appeared " unfortunately supported had been stopped"...wht's the problem actually..??...and when i transfer file from PC to handphone it cannot be opened....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before resetting your phone you could try to clear data for Google Play Services under settings &amp;gt; apps &amp;gt; all &amp;gt; Google Play Service. Clear data and restart the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists, you should go through with the factory reset or repair with SUS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Before repairing the software in your device you may want to backup your information first.
