CALL PROBLEMS

I bought sony xperia z1 2 weeks back
Good phone but facing call problem
Following are the problems
1)call automatically disconnect
2)poor calling quality (like voice drops rapidly)
3)mostly the second party doesnt hear my voice as he/she say cant hear you???
I am using my current sim from last two or more years. I didnt face that problem ever as i used it in almost all platforms like WP,APPLE,ANDROID and BB
Kindly guide me as i usually attend or call 20-40 calls per day
I changed network modes but no improvement
Please help me out

Do you have microphone noise suppression enabled?How about slow talk?

Noise suppression ensbled
I used slow talk but doesnt effective

You should disable them and see what you get.

I disable them from last 4-6 hours
When attend call from landline good result but from cell phone still not be able to hear constantly
