Digitizer not working, after replacement

Hello,

I broke my digitizer and display, and had them changed. Ordered some new parts from the UK, and when I came back from the service, my display was working perfectly, but the digitizer doesn't give any signs of life. Coult it be a software problem, or damage on the mainboard?

I suggest that you try a software repair on your unit via Update Service:

Download and install SUS on your PC, follow the instructions that appear.

But if the problem persist, it sounds more like a hardware issue than a software related problem. Thereby, I suggest that you contact the nearest service center or you can contact your local support team for further information about how you should proceed:

I re-installed my phone, because it was already with the latest software, but still the brand new digitizer does not work...

I am very sorry, it was a piece of scotch tape on one of the pins inserted in the mainboard, so I removed it, closed the phone and it all went as it should in the first place.
