the worst phone i have ever bought. total waste of money. it hangs more often than it works and it seems to be universal complaint.if this continues, SONY IS SOON GOING TO BE A HISTORY.

Have you tried booting in safe mode?Maybe there are 3rd party apps acting up:

I agree. I just wrote to tell them. However many apps I pull off or transfer to the SD card, it reports it's out of memory. Wish I'd never seen it, and that applies to my smartwatch as well. The battery life on both items is so poor I daren't leave the house!

Got another 12 months on contract before I can change mine!
One thing to try - uninstall Google Search. Mine worked quite a lot better afterwards.
