Smartwatch 2 update fail

Hi there Sony team,

I got some problem whith my SW2 after upgrade.
My watch boot looping when it's connect to my Note 3. Before upgrade it's work great.
I have been tried whith S3 and working very great.
So i dont know whats happening? Its bugg or ?
Do we have solution for that?

I have tried:

Reset watch
Reset phone
Uninstall/Install both smart connect & smartwatch 2

Repair your SW2 with SUS

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

On update services is not listed sw2.

I why is working on S3 phone and note 3 after update?

once you open SUS > there should be a line of icons, click on the little square one, I think it say something like M2 (sorry I don't have a PC next to me at the moment)

Ok i got it...there is 3 headsets and 2 watches but only Smartwatch MN2 and Liveview MN800 and thats all...

Has solved the problem to Uninstall clockifree.apk that does not work with the new update. And now it works fine as before.

Sorry to drag up an old thread... I am having the same problem and would like to try your fix - but how did you Uninstall clockifree.apk?

Hi Lee,

Yes that was old thread what i remember u have to have first root on phone

first.

Next u have to find clockifree.apk in system/app or data/app and deleted.

After factory reset your watch and restart your phone.

Last make pair your devices.

Should work now.
