Yes i can. Just try to buy the phone and use it couple of days with the new 4.3 softwear and come back to this forum to talk again.

I had the old Media Server problem when I first got my SP. I disabled the haptic feedback (touch vibrate) and all the applications I don't use. It's quite tricky to pin down the cause as it can be one or more apps causing it - I never did manage to find the culprit(s).

Starting in safe mode sounds like a good idea - I didn't try that myself, but it'll be a useful diagnostic.

I am with stock @4.3 , no apps installed!!!!!! cause of the 4.3 bugs, i wanted to see from where they came from. But they were there and with the stock android.Now downgrading to .245 firmware. I don't think the problem is in my television, I think it is outside my tv screen.

It's behaving pretty well at the minute, staying well under 10% of batt usage. I'll try it in safe mode if it starts acting upgain.

I had Deezer and DailyMotion pre-installed as bloatware, they've been the main suspects - things seemed to get better when I disabled those, but like I say, hard to be sure - any app can have a poorly implemented wakelock.

That should be the normal usage,even less.See how it goes for now,if it will get worse try to boot in safe mode.

Do we still talk about the media server ? My media server's time usage is equal to the time walkman app was used . When the walkman stop, and the media server stops too. No drain. This is on 4.3 and on the old versions android. Did that talk something to anybody?
