Charger problem

Hello,

My sony xperia SP charger is not working since couple of days. When I connect the charger , phone is showing charging symbol, but even if we keep for 12 hours also, maximum it may charge 5-10% only. I brought the phone on October 20th and still it is under warranty period for accessories also. Can i get the piece replaced

Have you tried a different chgarger and or USB cable? to rule out a faulty charger etc - If charging from a Pc and or Laptop have you checked the power output from the ports?

I have exactly the same problem, I used three different chargers !

I can not access to pad my phone turns off by saying that more battery

phone dont charge even when connect to pc?

try other usb cables..and if you try other chargers if their output is lower than 5Vdc 850mAh it may not charge your phone

yes even when connected to the computer ...

It loads 5-10m and the red LED will turn off my phone ... turns putting my battery symbol and when I try to access the pad to turn it off and the red LED s lighter again ...

let it connected for hour or more...then open back cover and push the OFF button with tip of pen or else until phone vibrate 3 times..then try to turn in on(dont disconnect it)

Actually, the problem is with charger, i want the charger to get replaced. I tried with an alternate charger, usb through lap , it is charging as usual.

I pressed off, he vibrate 3 times but it changes nothing

may be...if neither other charger nor usb cable doesnt charge your phone it can be battery problem
