i had recently updated my xperia J , but the WI-FI did not work any more

What do you mean that wifi does not work?Can you still turn it on or you just cannot connect to a specific network?

Did you go to settings-wifi and drag the little circle to turn it on?

yes but it does not find any wi-fi network

Maybe you should just forget your wifi network and add it again.

i forget and rescan to find it , but no network is seen
i tried it with two or three networks but my device still can not find any one

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, I suggest performing a quick restart to your router first and then a restart to the handset, once this has been done try connect the Wifi to the handset, if you have further issues, try using the link below for Wifi troubleshooting.

You can but this has to be done manually using Flashtools

A selection of firmwares are here and when you click the firmware file you will be taken to a page where you can download it - Also you will see instructions with links to the software needed

You will also find a small selection of stock rom here over on XDA
