Google Play not working.

Hi guys,I've been receiving a problem in connecting to my Google account via my Sony Xperia T. Whenever I open the play store app it says no connection.I cleared the cache but the problem persisted.Then I tried resetting my phone but still no luck.Could anyone please help me out here?

Goto setting>apps>all>google play....clear cache and DATA..farce stop and reboot..also remove your Google account and add it again

You can also try to clear data for Google Play Services under settings > apps > all > Google Play Services after you have done as described above. Also restart your phone after clearing data and removing the Google account.

Cleared the cache,Factory reset my phone,trying using another Google acount but still tge prob persists

That sounds strange.

In that case I would suggest that you try to reinstall the latest software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

Then log on to your Google account in the startup guide shown the first time you start your phone after the reinstallation.
