Hi, I have encrypted my phone and I know that the only way I have to get this decrypted is by doing a master reset on my phone; however PC Companion doesn't let me backup my info prior to doing this. Is there a way to complete this backup process so I don't have to lose all my info?

Thanks.

Hello to everyone,

before update to 4.3 I would do a complete data phone backup but Pc Companion doesn't work with my phone.

After preparing session where I select only data and exclude photo, music etc. it stops with this screen:

do you have any suggestion on how solve it? I already check some external apps but without pay anything they backup only call and contacts that are already on my google account.

You could try to backup using the inbuilt backup and restore app.

http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Ion/Alternatives-on-How-to-backup-Xperias/m-p/161240#M170

But I am not sure it will work.
