Theme Problem

Hi i've got a problem to applying theme..when i apply it the wallpapers on home and lockscreen didn't apply...i already reboot my phone many times but nothing change..please help..thanks

Hi,

I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

You can also try to clear data for the lock screen under settings > apps > all > lock screen > clear data. Restart your phone and try again.

Sorry I look for 3 times, I don't find lock screen there

nothing happen...i already tried the safe mode and the locksreen clear data..its always black the background on my Home Screen...

Sony laugh to us!! I never were more angry with any company like Sony!!! They only spent time to pay the two spanish football players to dress them in Spiderman for Z1 and compact!! We are paying that spot!!

I'm not able to reproduce the problem you are experiencing. You could also try to clear data for Xperia Home under settings > apps > all > Xperia Home > clear data. Restart phone and try again.

If the behavior still persists I suggest that you try to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

It should be said that, at least for me, this happens with some 3rd party themes. All the default themes apply the lockscreen and wallpapers correctly, it's just for some, just some other 3rd party themes.

5min later edit: Clearing the data from the Homescreen app solved it. Thank you.
